So what are the plans for this season? What does this team need to do to become a great team? - Well this season is a championship favorite and we plan on keeping it that way...With the best player in the league and a great supporting cast we think if we didn't make one transaction this whole season we can still win it...The prestige of this franchise is the best of any team...and we have to live up to that... - I think we can just lay back and watch some TV and we'll still be a great team...but as a GM i wouldn't be doing my job if i didn't try continuing to make this team better...so don't expect this team to look exactly the same at the end of the season...we are currently looking to add some depth so our starters don't have to carry the team so much...

Yes, Odom does expire? Will you go into the lux tax to keep him?

So what about the possibilty of Odom and his contract expiring at the end of the season? We know that L. Odom, if he remains, will be a huge part of what the Lakers do...It's difficult to find someone in the NBA LL with more versatility...We have even considered running him at the PG because of our lack of depth at that position...So we feel that when you have someone like that, that is a part of a championship team, we can't let a player like that just walk away...so our goal is to bring him back if he enters free agency at all costs...

Yes, Odom does expire? Will you go into the lux tax to keep him? Well will let him decide if he is going to enter free agency...we are not sure if he is contract extendable at this moment...we dont believe he is...so there is really nothing we can control as to if he actually enters free agency...but once he is a free agent we will do everything in our power to bring him back...if that means luxery tax then so be it...as i stated before you cant just let a player of his caliber walk away...

would u mind sharing about your view of recent trades in the league? Well hoenstly, I really like what has occured so far in this league...it seems as though teams actually have a goal set in their mind and are following through...the Nets and Knicks are doing a great job of rebuilding slowly...and with our recent transaction, I feel it helped the league by making both teams better...it will make the 76ers better now i believe and will help us in the future while still being able to contend now...
