Well since I have no clue why Kevin got fired. Management called me and asked me if I wanted the position and I sat down with them signed my contract and we start the Nero James ERA of the Utah Jazz. My expectations for this upcoming season is I am going to try and trade away some of my players in deals that give me cap flexibility and a solid playoff team. I want to continue the Utah Jazz winning playoff basketball with Jerry Sloan as General Manager so Im going to help build him a team to succeed.

Is it fair to describe the Jazz as a middle of the pack team? Not quite elite and not bad enough to suck? Will it be a case of two steps back one forward?

I believe this team has potential to be a darkhorse for a championship we have a competitive balance of talent and I will make necessary trades to make this team a championship contender.

Boozer and Millsap. Unlikely they can co-exist given both an be starters.
A trade? Millsap off the bench? What are the plans?

- What are your thoughts on K. Koufas?...
- Can K. Korver still produce double digit scoring nights consistantly?...
- Thoughts on C. Miles?...
- Thoughts on M. Almond?...

Right now Boozer is the starter Millsap is the 6th man off the bench. If a trade comes by to take one of them away and will help our team out then the one who is still here will be our starting Power Forward.
Koufos is a young bigman with tons of potential he is a valuable asset to our organization.
Kyle Korver's role on this team isnt to score 10 or more a night his role is to take good shots and help the team be succesful. If it is 10 or more a night to help our team win then that would be what he is asked to do.
CJ Miles and Morris almond are 2 young players who both will compete for starting time. I want hard competition between them to show they want to be a valuable asset to the team.

6 Questions - $20
- Pretty good length on most of them...could have probably gone into a bit more detail but overall pretty good...
